HP10k Showcase: HP Writers for Awareness

We are a group of friends doing our version of a no-stress, no-pressure fic writing challenge. The challenge? The short story. The goal? Form a small, manageable group of writers who are interested in helping each other grow and learn. The other goal? Raise awareness for causes close to our hearts. The other other goal? Entertain you! April 7, 2009: And so we conclude the hp10k_showcase. When we all first decided to embark on this small project, we wanted to combine our love of writing with a cause near and dear to our hearts. Because it was quite different from other fandom projects, we were uncertain of what the interest would be. We are touched and overwhelmed by the generosity and outpouring of support from all of the thoughtful comments on our awareness posts, stories, and art, to the watchers, readers, reccers and even the lurkers.
