Underrated fics that deserve far more accolades than they’ve received
This is a collection for those fics that are REALLY REALLY GOOD but which haven’t received as much attention as the writing is worth. Some of this tends to happen when someone posts a multi chapter fic all in one go, and so it doesn’t get the traction that a fic with multiple updates usually gets; other times it’s because there’s hardly any tags, or the summary isn’t very clear on what it’s about.
In either case, there’s some fics out there that are absolutely incredible but which only have a small number of views or kudos compared to other fics in the very same fandom.
(I say “compared to” because some of these fics do have a pretty decent number of kudos, but when you look at the fandom as a whole, it’s not nearly enough considering how good the fic is. Like the fic in question might have 700 kudos, but there’s hundreds of other fics in the same fandom with several thousand)
