Question: does the fic have to be just 1k or they can be longer?
The maximum word count is 1000 words, just like it was with tinysparks. (You're free to expand your fic after reveals, but note it should feel complete upon submission.) Hope you're up for the challenge!

Question: Are the two prompts up to the author's interpretation? If not, could you give us a small description of each one? I'm interested in joining but it'd be rather embarrassing if my fic didn't really fit what the prompt wanted😭
They are, what to write is entirely up to you! Being contrasting themes aside, there's no further description so as to not constrict your creativity. On that note, they do not have to be taken literally, and you do not have to use the word itself in your fic either. Whatever the prompts spark for you will be a good fit! It should be fun to see all the different interpretations, don't you think?

Question: Can you submit more than one fic?
You're very welcome to, yes! There's no limit in place for now, so if you're a fast writer I'll leave it to your discretion just how many fics you consider a reasonable amount to submit to a single round.

Question: What's your policy on expanding fics after reveals?
You're most welcome to expand your fics after reveals! As soon as a round is complete, you're not bound by this specific fest rule anymore. Do make sure to let us know too so we can notify our followers :>

Any constellation of EXO members, past or present, minus Wu Yifan. Gen/platonic works welcome.
Submissions must fit one of the round's provided themes, be written for the fest, stand-alone, and complete.
Max. word count: 1000 words.
Tag responsibly.
Fics must be rated G, T, M or E.
Banned topics: pedophilia, incest, bestiality, cannibalism, AUs of JKR's work. Rape/noncon, underage sex: we accept non-graphic mentions or past events that inform characters' experiences.

After submitting a work fill out this submission form. Your fic will be approved to the collection within 24-48 hours.
Stay anonymous until reveals.
Extensions available on request. To drop out simply delete your claim, no need to notify us.
Plagiarism or submission of AI-generated text will lead to removal of the submission from our collections as well as a permanent ban.
