Summary
I don't think I've ever written a songfic before so pls don't judge. This song is one of those ones that I listened to whilst planning apart of my flyboys fic and even though the song isn't necessarily about the topic, now my mind associates it with this time in their history,,, you know the type? I feel like I had to use this one because of the connotations it has for me, even if it isn't the best fit (which might have been a bad choice for a songfic but idc)
The original song Destroy Me by Grandson is about drug addiction, how you can't get away and how it's horrible, how you want it to destroy you, but it's all you have. So in the end you can kind of relate it to the flyboys.
