Summary
Thoma has lived a very sheltered life as the Kamisato family’s resident housekeeper. Although he isn’t criticized by the head of the Kamisato family, he was for sure tormented by the guards of the Kamisato estate. Although he doesn’t completely mind, there are two things that he enjoys the most in life: The kind animals that roam near the estate and the crown prince of Teyvat.
Aether is the crown prince of the kingdom of Teyvat, who is set on finding a bride to assist him in ruling the kingdom. Although many women eye on him, the prince has an attraction to men, which he hopes doesn’t disappoint the queen of Khaenri’ah, who has issues in her brother’s status in continuing her former affiliated kingdom’s bloodline.
Once the king of Teyvat announces a masquerade ball for his son to find a significant other, Thoma becomes hesitant on seeing the crown prince, believing his pauper lifestyle and love for animals would be shunned upon. However, Thoma’s fairy godmother couldn’t stand him not going to the ball, so she decides to use a bit of magic to turn Thoma from a plain housekeeper into a charming bachelor fit for the prince, with a kitsune mask to go alongside his handsome appearance.
