Summary
Nyles eventually lost count of how many times he’d looped.
Granted, he hadn’t really been counting in the first place, but he’d been able to look back and tell the days apart and count them retroactively if he wanted to. But one day he tried to do that and realized he didn’t know anymore.
It was scary.
That day, he walked out down the highway and stepped into the path of a big blue truck.
