Summary
Perhaps, if Riz had had more time with Tem, he would have developed something stronger for him. Proof of this was how Pina slowly made his way inside his heart, planting something there without the bear realizing. Pina shined for him as if he were his Sun, nurturing and filling him with warmth, making him feel alive once again. And as months went by, the feelings he had for the sheep grew stronger, until something that was much deeper than friendship started blooming.
Just a few years later, by the time Riz was out of prison, the roots of that feeling were already too deep in his heart:
He was deeply, senselessly, and unfathomably in love with that sheep.
