Summary
Years ago, a young verdette boy would dream of Azure, and the surge of emotions he would experience in that dream would overwhelm him in the very best of ways. That dream would stick with him for his entire life. And, when that young verdette would look in the mirror, those eyes gazing back at him shone with a myriad of feelings: realization, self-acceptance, determination, and drive. They were the eyes of a child who knew who they were, who knew what they would become, and who loved the future they saw for themself.
~~Midoriya Izuku, at the age of four and six months, manifested his Quirk. It was nothing special by modern standards, but it was enough for the young boy. For he knew right then, no matter what struggles he might face, that with this power, he could become a Hero.
But there is more to this power than he realizes. And it is only now, after many years, that he shall discover his true abilities. That he shall be made to lay his heart bare and struggle to fulfill his true destiny.
A destiny reaching far beyond anything he had ever dreamed of.
