**SPOILERS FOR SEASON 2**
Ruth calls in a favor to her slightly estranged older cousin, Black Tara. Tara is cunning, smart, ruthless, and shockingly sophisticated — for a Langmore, at least — so, who better to help run some of Marty’s business dealings? With the staggering success of the Casino, Marty aims to strike hot with all his other businesses, and he immediately realizes that Tara could be the key to making that happen. With her LA connections, surely his debt to the cartel will be paid off in no time, right? No trouble could possibly come from trusting another Langmore, could it? Only time will tell. -

Summary
Russ offers the end of the line to Roy. “You ever tie an anchor bend before?”
Roy shakes his head. “Show me.”
They crouch side by side, their heads bent together to observe Russ’s big, nimble hands as he weaves the knot into existence. Although he’s surely capable of doing so in the blink of eye, this time he’s taking it slow, each step deliberate and precise for the sake of his audience. Roy tries to watch and learn, he really does— but he keeps getting distracted by that look on Russ’s face.
