Summary
He was so naïve for someone with his power. So thirsty for love. So fucking needy. I may have thought it was cute, if not for the constant image of my brother’s body lying on my living room.
“Can I trust you, Kim Haewon?” he whispered.

He moved both of our hands upwards, all the way to his chest and made me touch him. His hand was over mine, and my hand was over his heart. I could feel it beating under my fingers. My hand was no longer warm, his was so much bigger and colder that it had consumed all the heat off mine. Both of our hands were cold, but as they stayed cupped over his chest I could feel as the heat of his body and our closeness helped them get warmer.
“Yes, you can,” he finally said. His heartbeat stayed the same, and though I was no polygraph test I could tell that he had done all of this to show me he meant it. I didn’t take his hand and put it over my chest. I didn’t think I could manage my heart not increasing its heart rate. But I wasn’t sure if it would be because of my lies, or because of his hand touching me.Ryu Si O & OC
