Ever since the Takeover, Starling City has been governed by the three most powerful Mafias ever known. The Tancredis control the ports, The Lance's control downtown, and the Solntsevskaya Bratva control the Glades. Standard of living under these crime families during peace is good, minus the monthly protection money. But in times of mob war, no one is safe, and someone or something desperately seems to want a mob war...
