Summary
Izuku has been around since the start of Quirks, now he's returning to his hometown in Japan where he might finally find a reason he has this quirk of his.
This is an OLD one-shot I wrote that is not reviewed or edited - like, I'm not re-reading this or anything so I don't fully know what I'm posting here. This is basically a complete concept of a story but there's a lot I never got to so I'm going to be including this in my Incomplete Fics Series.
