Summary
Since Raz was small, the Hand of Galochio has kept him from interacting with any water deeper than his knees. He'd thought it was a curse. As it turns out, he'd just inherited powerful hydrokinetic abilities that he didn't have full control over.
Now that he knows the truth, the "curse" won't bother him anymore. Right?
