    A what if scenario of Xenoblade 2, where it took place in Monster Hunter's world. Rex is a young Scrivener that works with the Guild in Argentum. One expedition will lead him on an adventure of a lifetime. Follow his quest with Pyra as they try to solve the mystery of the disappearing monsters in their world.

    This fanfiction will mostly stay true to Xenoblade 2, but with some differences to some of the characters and their backstories, as well as some plot points to fit the context of Monster Hunter. Blades will be changed on a case-by-case basis as to whether they become a monster, a hunter, a rider, or some combination of the above. This story will include monsters not just from the main series, but also from Monster Hunter Frontier.

    Here's a little teaser of stuff to come for the remake of my Xenoblade 2 x Monster Hunter fanfic. Six stories in total, each focusing on a different group before the main story. These will contain spoilers for Xenoblade 2 and Torna, as well as implication for my main story. The focuses are as followed:

    Chapter 1: Vandham and Roc
    Chapter 2: Mòrag and Zeke
    Chapter 3: Nia and Dromarch
    Chapter 4: Addam, Hugo, and Minoth
    Chapter 5: Lora, Jin, and Haze
    Chapter 6: Rex and Azurda

    Some of the content is going to be different from my original story, so stay tuned for the full story sometime after Monster Hunter Stories 2 is out.
