  Summary

  Alex couldn't let Victor just go to work with a smattering of hickeys all over his neck, so Alex gave Victor one of his turtleneck sweaters. Unfortunately, Victor is distractingly hot when wearing the turtleneck sweater, so Arlo and Alex devise a plan to get the sweater back. This backfires slightly.
