    When there was only a day left before Toya's departure, Akito woke up with a pit of dread in his stomach. He couldn't remember the last time he'd felt this way, so hopelessly ill.

     

    Whether or not Toya would want to see him was lost on Akito, but he... couldn't just let this be. He didn't know what exactly he was planning on doing, but he had to try.

     

    Had to at least see Toya one last time, make sure he knew how Akito felt. Maybe it was utterly futile. Akito just couldn't find it in himself to care.

     

    He found himself at Toya's doorstep with precisely this in mind.
