Alex Danvers always shows back up around harvest season. Sure, she makes enough money on the bar circuit in the cities, but she still can't seem to shake her small-town Texas roots. Especially not since Astra, that insane ex-GI with the connection to Kara, bought the Lonestar bar and tried to keep it running.
But this time, it's different. She's still singing on the weekends out at the Lonestar and packing the people in. She still plays as good as ever. And she's still got some sort of deal with Astra worked out, even though not many people 'round here talk about that kinda lifestyle.
The big difference this time?
Alex is sober.
