I'm old enough to know better, but like another addict we know, I just can't stay away from it.

I also take the whole issue of canon and adaptation to modern environments very seriously. My Sherlock is on the autistic spectrum, showing us all the need to be more tolerant of diversity, and self aware about our own prejudices.
ALL of my solo stories are part of a single universe; each story feeds into each other, adding up to a consistent whole. No AUs! Not totally broadcast episode compliant because many stories were written before Mofftiss did things like introducing living parents or Eurus. Where I have created a backstory for the characters, I keep consistency with it.

And, of course, let's not leave out the co-authored works, with the incomparable J.Baillier, my BFF. She's let me play with her boys in "On the Rack" and "2007" in the On Pins and Needles series, plus several stories in the You Go To My Head Series. I also write with shelleysprometheus in her Forethought & Fire Series. I am eternally grateful to fanfiction for bringing me together with such wonderfully talented people who have become good friends.
