I'm a college physics teacher, which means I don't have as much time for writing as I did as a grad student.
I generally will not post my flash fiction (work under 1000 words) here. For that and my art, as well as any non-fannish work, please see my writing journal, Invoking Urania (IJ Mirror) or my personal website (The Jewel Box)
I don't write much above a teen rating, but I do occasionally write what I call 'gloves come off' fiction -- the fanfic where I may kill/maim or otherwise traumatize characters. It's not certain that anything deadly will happen, but I've mentally taken the 'main character immortality' filter off when writing. Those fics usually get the 'choose not to warn' -- and there's usually some violence, but may or may not be character death. So, just an explanation.
