Hi there!
I am ancient (measured by usually fandom(s) standards) - a woman born at the very, very, very early beginning of the 90s. I am here to read (English is only my second language); and have been on all the fanfiction sites since the mid-2000s (and was writing back then, too...terrible RPF fanfiction of my favorite band consisting of men in their then-mid-forties...I am still mortified!). When I came back to reading fanfiction, I realized I will have to find into the...lingo of you young folks. :D (In my head I still use the citrus scale.) By other stuff like shipping wars I am still confused. (This was not a thing back in my day?)
I have been lurking on AO3 since the beginning, but only recently registered to be able to leave comments properly.
I enjoy fanfiction of whatever book/show/etc. I am currently invested in - or ever was. The older I get, the less enthusiastic I become about new fandoms, sigh. (I think I even read a study about this somewhere.)
