Summary
A while ago, the state of Animacity was, in a sense, had gone under a very different direction before it became to what it is today.
It was more or less a run of a mill city, but with more animalistic traits one way or another, it was the home of a higher form of Law Enforcement known as the Agents, trying to fight towards a tug-of-war against Organized Crime, which lead it's bubble to being close to popping for the whole population.
And all of that changed.
As a single lone human went into the city for a simple run for medicene.....
And all hell broke loose.
