You can ask me if you want, but you don't need to. I just want to give blanket consent and encouragement to anyone who wants it.
(I did this for my anxiety tbh - for me asking causes stress bcuz what if I don't finish it?? So, ta dah! No pressure, no stress. Take any idea I throw out and do whatever.)
