My ratings
Soft - Not very detailed, kind of fluffy, more heartfelt and the smut scenes notably tame. If it was an icecream it would be strawberry.
Hard - Very detailed, Scenes of violence, heavily coated in latex and leather, BDSM scenes and questionable morals, Ice cream flavour you ask? Think dark chocolate with hot caramel and salt sprinkles with some raspberry sauce thrown in for kicks
Sweet - Little to no sexual scenes, this is for your days, where you just want to curl up surrounded by warm fluffy covers. clutch hot chocolate and smile, and fall just as deeply in love with the characters as they are with each other. Mint chocolate chip with the little peppermint fishes come to mind.
Bitter - This is the end of the line,The kind of fic that makes you actively seek out the Sweet to help the ache in your chest, This is for the sinking ships, The kind that make you want to hope that there is a better place but realise that good doesn't always trump evil, that sometimes love isn't always enough and you get battered by the waves.
