Hello there.
I'm just somebody who is into anime ever since I was about eight years old, ever since I discovered it while reading Super Nintendo gaming magazines voraciously. Several years later I would discover fan-fiction during what I think of as the "Golden Age" of anime fanfiction, pre-fanfiction.net, when most fans posted fanfic to Usenet or mailing lists like the FFML.
It's only recently that I've been writing fanfiction as a hobby; back then I was doing MSTings of other fanfiction instead of my own works. I started off with drabbles, mostly, until I could gin up enough courage to do more substantial works. As a result of that, I usually crosspost my biggest works between here and fanfiction.net. I usually like to use 750words.com in order to help me get used to writing on a regular basis. It's how I managed to write some of my favourite works.
Most of the fanfiction I've written is for the Urusei Yatsura fandom, as I have been a fan of that series ever since I was like thirteen years old, watching videos released by AnimEigo. Other fandoms I enjoy or have enjoyed in the past include Ranma 1/2, Daria, Steven Universe, Homestuck, Star Trek, Professional Wrestling, Garfield and Friends, The Simpsons and Adventure Time. I also enjoy music from bands like X Japan, Onmyouza, Black Sabbath, Grizzly Bear, My Chemical Romance, David Bowie, Childish Gambino and the Mountain Goats.
I'm always trying to write more fanfic, usually for Urusei Yatsura, but I'm also trying to branch out the best I can. I'm also trying my hand at profic too, having managed to pull off a NaNoWriMo back in 2010, plus writing short stories for a writer's circle in my hometown of Worcester. I've even written some erotic works, so if they happen to crop up here, don't be alarmed.
One more thing: if anyone out there is considering making podfic of my work, I'm going to give them blanket permission to do so here. Thank you.
