Bio

Well, hello everyone.

I've been writing since high school, but never published anything. "You...Only Surprise Me" was my first fanfic, and since Arthur and Gwen are my favorites, I decided to write about them. Honestly, I only wrote it to become a beta, because there are some great, great stories here where some just need a little bit of polishing, and I think I'm a better beta than writer.

But I'd been thinking about another Arwen story since "Surprise" was posted and "The Sorrows of Pendragons" idea was borne out of it because of what didn't happen in Lancelot du Lac surrounding the bracelet. It wasn't fair to Gwen to not reveal the truth and redeem her reputation.

Merlin is my all time favorite because of its fresh reboot of the legend. I'm embarrassed to say that I've watched the series too many time to count, even though it's riddled with flaws, and promises not fulfilled by TPTB. But their friendship, chivalry, loyalty, and love for each other, and this includes all of them (well, maybe not Uther), is what keeps bringing me back because this kind of wholesome media is sorely lacking on the networks these days where gratuitous violence, too much skin, and unnecessary profanity is more important than delivering the moral values that were conveyed in Merlin. It's something that is sorely lacking in today's society, and provides an escape from reality for me, if only for just a little while.

The actors were exceptional and the locations were beautiful. They also had epic scenes at times that just took my breath away.
