In 2020 during an epic meltdown, I deleted all my stories after nearly two decades of writing fanfiction. The Hearts & Cauldrons Discord server brought me back, and that crew will forever be special to me.
I've gone by many pennames (the most recent being Emerald S. Sparrow on ff.net, emerald_sparrow here on AO3) but I think EmeraldStormborn will stick. It's also my PSN, my instagram handle, my Spotify username (go search for fic playlists!) and my tumblr handle. Use that info as you will.
Points I Feel Strongly About:
-Fanfiction is purely hobby-writing. Anyone who writes does not get paid, is usually not a professional writer, and has been inspired by something they love to write.
-Anyone who reads on here is not paying for it. If you don't have encouragement or *CONSTRUCTIVE* criticism, you need to just close the story and go on by.
-Think before you destroy someone's creativity. Just because you might not think something is good, doesn't mean it's not.
-Art, in all its many forms, is completely and utterly subjective, and your opinion is purely that - an opinion.Please, just be kind. Please be kind to others. Thanks to all who have been kind to me over the last 23 years of my fanfic writing.
