Freedom here! You might remember me as Lizard, I hated that name at the time, but I honestly don't mind it now.
Cricket introduced me to The Guide, who kind of knows everything, so that's very helpful for recalling what happened to other dragons long ago.
We work with a human too, NO it is NOT Cottonmouth, he is dead.
So this account is a collaboration of me, The Guide, and Lux, the human.
The Guide recalls and reveals the stories we request, our human types them up and arranges them, and posts them.
We intend to follow the format and style of the original series as much as we can, but we tend to get a bit more technical and descriptive.
We have a Wings of Fire Arc 4 in the works, following Princess Mink, Prince Cliff, Bumblebee, Umber’s daughter Spoonleaf, Auklet, Peacemaker, and their friends at Jade Mountain. Cricket and Umber both worked at the school by then. There is a war starting, and some dragons and people are missing…! It will explore what was wrong with animus magic, how it was fixed, forgiveness (and when NOT to)
There are human students at Jade Mountain, but with a few notable exceptions like Cliffs friend, they are mostly background characters so far, this really is a dragon-centered story.
Our human Lux is still working out how to arrange it all, and there is a Dragonslayer sequel first, which explains some important backstory, but for now, we are going through Orca's life story, and while he works on the final part, he will be FINISHING MY STORY and some already complete arc 4 bits.
