Hi, I'm John.
I'm an aspiring writer who's come back to fanfiction after leaving for exactly 10 years. I love to explore what happens to Harry and the wizarding world after Voldemort. I stick to canon as defined by the 7 main books and Pottermore articles; Cursed Child does not exist, for me.
My stories revolve around the themes of good vs evil, friendship, family, and love. My favourite pairings are Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, and Draco/Astoria. I intend to write most about these couples. But I hope to also explore others along the way.
Almost all my stories take place in the same fanon in my head, which is "Canon Compliant" up to the Deathly Hallows Epilogue, and probaby roughly the same from then on, minus a couple of tweaks for the better (I hope).
I crave feedback of any kind, and would especially love to hear what worked for you, what didn't, what bits you liked, what you didn't, and suggestions for improvement.
P.S. I despise the inclusion of real-world politics in entertainment media, so please do not read any allusions or insinuations into my writing.
