Have compassion for yourself. I cannot say that enough. You are human. You are imperfect. You’ve made mistakes and you will make more! But you are still worthy of empathy, understanding, and love. You deserve this and I understand self compassion can be hard, but it is a practice to work at. We deserve that within ourselves.
