Transformative Works & Adaptation Policy
1. The below permissions DO NOT APPLY to any AI-based or AI-assisted works. Do not use AI to do anything with my works or to create anything inspired by my works. NEVER enter my writing into any AI for any purpose, including your personal use.
2. Blanket Permission for: creating translations, podfics posted on AO3, fanart, gifs, graphics, and comics inspired by my works. You may use quotes from my fics in these.
3. Remix of my works and podfic of translations of my works: please ask permission beforehand. I reserve my right to say no.
4. Fanfic that's inspired by one of my works but stands on its own: blanket permission, with the condition of using the "This work is a remix, a translation, a podfic, or was inspired by another work." option to link your work to mine.
5. If you want to write a fanfic based on my work that doesn't stand on its own, such as a spin-off, sequel, missing scene, completion of an abandoned fic, etc., please ask permission beforehand. I reserve my right to say no.
6. If you post your work on tumblr, livejournal, twitter, etc., please link to my original fic and tag/credit me (@Lohrendrell) and provide a direct link to my fic on AO3.
7. NEVER repost my work anywhere.
8. If you post your work inspired by mine on AO3, please use the "This work is a remix, a translation, a podfic, or was inspired by another work." option to link your work to mine.
8.1. Translators: please mark the option "This work is a translation." so our works can be linked to one another properly.
8.2. Optional but highly appreciated, especially for podfics: please list Lohrendrell as co-author.9. DON'T add any of my works to any collections.
10. Anything not listed here that you want to do based on my works, ask permission beforehand.
