The stories I have written are my exclusive writings and intellectual property. But, per Hallmark Channel's Terms of use, are their property as well. The characters in my story that come from When Calls the Heart are owned by them and my work is a derivative work. i do not make money off of these stories and they have the right to use my work if they so choose.
Any images used to illustrate these stories that make use of Hallmark Material are property of Hallmark. Edits are mine. I also use AI a lot to illustrate their characters. I make no claim to ownership of this material outside of my own intellectual property with rights shared by Hallmark.
