I've wanted to have sex with fictional characters for my entire adult life. In the 90s, I crushed especially hard on Sherlock Holmes, scribbling secret tales of Victorian lust and lust in my marble notebooks in my college dorm. Thus the username. It's one of the most common female names in the Canon. I'm also crazy about House M.D. and especially the House/Wilson relationship, which is loosely based on Sherlock Holmes and John Watson.
Lately I've gotten into writing Led Zeppelin slash, the ethics of which (that they are real persons) pings my conscience, so it's all set in the 20th century, from 1968-1975 and from 1990-1999. This does not excuse me being a hot-blooded sinner; it's just a mental barrier between the insatiable men who exist in my devilish imagination from the real people.
I write pornography, but I also write original fiction. Slash is my piece of tart on the side, and it sharpens my writerly chops. It's also about the hot sex, yes it is. Some of my stories are about nothing else. Keep a coolin', baby.
