I received a letter from the AO3 Policy & Abuse team on Nov 18, 2019, at 12:07 PM claiming my work as non-fanwork. So after reading the ENTIRE terms and conditions as well as the legal side of fanfiction, I have decided the AO3 Policy & Abuse team was wrong and have chosen to repost my work. They hold the right to terminate my account if they so choose based on my action of reposting.
