Gifting is always enabled. Automatic addition to collections is disabled (and I only approve collection requests when I know the moderator, sorry).
I give blanket permission for fic translations as long as they're posted only on AO3 and linked via the related works feature. Please do not post translations of my fics on any other site (including Ficbook) and don't archive my fic anywhere without getting permission first.
