Bio
I live in Perth Western Australia, a divorced mum of two grown up kids. I've been writing fan fiction for several years now, starting way back in 2002 in the Dragonball Z fandom when my then teenage son introduced me to the anime. I watched Gundam Wing when it aired on the cartoon network and that was it, I was hooked. Writing allows me to escape from my everyday life, somewhere I can go where anything can happen (and usually does), complete with the traditional happy ending. (most times). I write for myself mostly, but having so many lovely people comment on my works makes me really happy. To know I have managed to bring a smile to someones face or a little joy into their world makes it all worthwhile.
I have a very fickle muse by the name of Fred who loves to toss me curve balls, turn one shots into multiparters and multiparters into 'novels'. He also likes to disappear on me when I find I've got a couple of spare hours in which to write, or smacks me over the head with ideas when I don't have the chance to write.
When I'm not working, (full time in the horticultural industry), writing or reading, I'm off out Judging horses at breed and ridden shows. I'm a Level 2 Panel Judge for the Arabian Horse Society of Australia which is really exciting as it means I get to travel this wonderful country and judge many lovely horses.
Through the fandom I've met many lovely people and in several cases, actually had the chance to meet them in person and some of them are now very dear friends.
I hope you enjoy what I write and if you feel inclined, please drop in a review with your thoughts. Any suggestions for future fics are always welcome.
Shen ^_^
