I'm latecomer to Doctor Who, having seen my first full episode in 2013, but I fell in love with it from the first five minutes of "Rose", and like Ms. Tyler, I ran away with the Doctor. DW has inspired me like nothing else has ever done, and one of the things it has inspired me to do is to write, something I've never done before. Writing gives me a way to explore the extensive Doctor Who universe as well as visit with its wonderful characters.
I usually write in-canon and prefer writing adventures and missing scenes. Most of my stories involve the Tenth Doctor, because I understand his personality and his voice; I also love the JNT Doctors (that's Five, Six, and Seven) and the Big Finish Eighth Doctor. I find writing believable dialogue for the Eleventh Doctor and the patter of the Ninth Doctor very difficult. The Twelfth Doctor has never interested me, but the Thirteenth Doctor and her posse are a breath of fresh air.
I have two AUs that I continue to write for off and on. The first is the second AU off my story The Actor, in which David Tennant gets a chance to travel with the Eleventh Doctor. The second is a superhero AU with the Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble, called Blue Rain.
