I am an aspiring writer, with not a single publishing credit to my name.... yet. I can be often be found, typing on my laptop, or out somewhere, pen and notebook in hand, jotting down thoughts and ideas for what I hope will be the "NEXT GREAT NOVEL".
Getting these "ideas" published however is a whole different kettle of fish as I spend my days juggling a full-time job, living in a household made up of six somewhat dysfunctional, very eccentric but ever so lovely individuals as well as a whole who's who in the Zoo of house-hold pets and of course, trying to survive whatever issues life decides to throw my way on a daily basis.
When not searching for inspiration or living life in general, I like Pina Coladas and to dance in the rain (?)
Sorry, kinda lost my train of thought there for a moment. Now where was I ? Oh yeah ... I enjoy reading anything from Comic books to Kathy Lette to The Bronte Sisters and everything in-between (even cereal boxes and milk cartons). I have a vast knowledge of music lyrics and useless facts and am not afraid to use it. I enjoy movies, The Series Channel and cooking (but not necessarily in that order) and am a self-confessed fan fiction junkie, computer geek and grammar Nazi.
I would really like to live in a world where books come bundled with extra-large slabs of dark chocolate, fan fiction is regarded as classy reading material, searching for the answers to life’s very, very important questions on Google is not frowned upon by non-tech-savvy friends and family members (You know who you are …) and of course I'd like World Peace (EVERYONE wants World Peace... )
