Bio
Hooked is my Roman Empire.
My goal for 2026 is to continue my own personal writing projects, but also to work on my unfinished fanfictions. In a prefect world all my unfinished fanfiction will be completed by December. REALISTICALLY, I don't think that will happen. But, I will be working on each and every one -- including the infamous Hooked.
I don't intend to update any fics until they have been fully finished. I feel this is the most fair for readers who have been left waiting. I would hate to disappoint them by updating only to ghost them again. So, no updates until finished!
In terms of personal writing projects -- I am working on three book series. Two Modern Fantasy Romances and a Horror Series.
Of the modern fantasy romance series, one will heavily feature different classic fantasy / paranormal creatures -- think werewolves, vampires, fae, etc. This series has an undetermined number of books, and currently I am 150k words deep on the planning. The other will be humans in modern times, but with a fantasy twist on the universe at large. I plan to have three books, two directly connected with the third featuring a new set of characters.
The Horror series has the least amount of planning in my mind. The series will not be interconnected. I am currently planning that each book will feature a romance turned horror.
I also do lots of reading on the side. At first I was reading mostly fantasy romance to do research on the genre, but now it's for the love of the game. I also noticed after reading some of these series that there are very limited fanfiction pieces for some of these books. Which, I think is a travesty. I love fanfiction, I think that every book series should have a slew of works to read through. So, I plan to at some point write at least a story for different series that I see have little to nothing on AO3.
