Hi! I'm Austin, and I've been writing Harry Potter fan fiction for nearly 20 years. I enjoy stories with nuanced, complex characters who have to make difficult choices, which you will find reflected in my works. I'm also an aspiring novelist in my real life and may promote my original work here sometime for those interested in my writing. Enjoy my fics!
My stories:
Fighting From the Shadows (ongoing): A time-travel fic in which Harry is transported to an alternate universe where his parents are alive and Neville is the Boy Who Lived. Currently in Year Six of Harry's journey and will eventually follow him for all seven years of Hogwarts!
Checkpoint One (abandoned): A crack/parody fic featuring Harry and Dumbledore in an infinite time loop, grinding achievements and side-quests while generally annoying the s*%$! out of each other.
Evangeline's War (complete): An AU set thirteen years after Voldemort's defeat, featuring an OC transfer student caught in the midst of a brewing political battle between an older Harry and Hermione.
Harry Potter and the Stolen Scepter (complete): A canon-compliant eighth book in the series, following Harry in the year after the Battle of Hogwarts and featuring a brand-new mystery for him to solve during the war reconstruction efforts.
