I loved the fic that had this summary: "Captured by Klingons, First Officer Spock of the Enterprise finds an unlikely ally in a fellow prisoner, an alien telepath named James. Their relationship evolves after their rescue, but something is rotten in the state of Tori’i, Jim’s home planet. The actors change, but the story stays the same. Some destinies can’t be avoided." That's the best I can find on google, but from what I can determine, this fic has been deleted. If anyone knows where it is, how to find it, what happened, please please please let me know.
