A couple blanket warnings:
I don't really understand the difference between graphic and non-graphic anything. I don't think my stories contain any graphic stuff, but it's hard to be sure since my standards don't tend to match up with anyone else's.
If my characterization seems off - too emotional, too flat, or just plain odd - there's a reason for that. I am, to quote Sherlock "a high-functioning sociopath." It's actually why I like writing and how I got started. Writing a character into different situations gives me a chance to puzzle out how they'd act and react, and why. It's the closest I come to empathy and the practice makes handling people in real life somewhat easier. So if you spot a mistake in characterization in one of my stories, you've spotted a mistake in my reasoning or a gap in my understanding. If it's not too much trouble, please do point it out. If nothing else, I'm always down to learn more about people and how they work.
I tend to play fast and loose with cannon. Each story I write is its own universe unless it's part of a series, in which case the series is its own universe. I'll include elements of cannon regardless, but I'm not interested in writing things that fit neatly into the cannon universe.
