Bio
'down' is the short (and typable!) version of 'dragon of winter nights', my name on fanfiction.net. I'm down on dreamwidth.org and dragonofwinternights on deviantart.
On here I use 'dragon of winter nights' for the weight of water 'verse I have for magic knight rayearth - that is, Protecting You and its surrounding fic (and, eventually, sequels).
I tend to only manage to reply to comments erratically (due to anxiety combined with a memory like a sieve), so sometimes it's a year (not an exaggeration) before I get to them, my apologies! But If you ever have anything you want to comment on, please tell me! I love comments and find them very motivating, even and especially ones not in English.
I read and love a multitude of fandoms (though Magic Knight Rayearth stole my heart at a tender age and hasn't let go, hence the, uh, bias in the things I usually end up managing to finish and post), and any genre or relationship possible.
Transformative Works Policy: I'm perfectly happy for anyone to create any form of transformative work based on mine (after all, I'm doing the same with all my fanwork!); credit would be good, a heads-up so I can go find it would be lovely.

Collections Policy: I do not accept collection requests for my work, the only collections I use are those I have created the works for (trope bingo, fan-flashworks, yuletide etc) or those I am in control of myself. But please consider making a collection of bookmarks and including my work in that rather than collecting the works directly.
