Bio

I started writing 'slash' when I was 14, before the Internet existed (yes, I'm old), and before I knew that anyone else anywhere in the universe wrote 'slash'.

I was quite surprised to discover, during my university years, that 'slash' wasn't my own little private perversion, but a booming (feminist) literary movement. This, by the way, was when 'slash' fiction was still photocopied and spiral-bound and distributed by snail-mail for the cost of printing & stamps.

The first slash story I ever wrote was a "Spock and Kirk get stuck on a planet in a cave during a snowstorm and Spock goes into Pon farr" story. Snowstorms still feature in a large number of my stories, because they are a very handy way to force your characters into jeopardy and/or isolation from the rest of the world. Also because I'm Canadian.

While I still write a lot of fanfiction (most of it Clint/Coulson) I'm now working on original fiction m/m erotic romance novels as well.
