Kaminari raised an eyebrow while Mina stuck out her tongue. “Okay listen, the second you admit what you did was funny, the second it stops holding so much power over you.” she roughly slapped Kaminari’s shoulder and he lurched forward. “I’m friends with the King of Cringe here, I’m an expert on this!”
He blinked. “Oh, so you guys are talking about when Uraraka called Bakugou Daddy this morning-”
“It was an accident!” she shrieked, volume and pitch at an all time high.

Ochako desperately wants to avoid Katsuki after a very embarrassing encounter from that morning, so of course they end up partnered together for an outdoor astronomy lab. All she wanted to do was watch the meteor shower in peace.

Denki was just having fun when he posted that ad, but Mina thought it was too funny to pass up. Now Ochako is stuck with Katsuki, an asshole Mina specifically hired to be a terrible date to get Ochako's family off her back. Still bitter from losing a bet, he has no choice but to spend the day with this stranger. But that doesn't mean he can't have fun with it. He's supposed to be a dick, right? Now Ochako has to deal with everything that comes out of his mouth with a giggle, or risk exposing their secret to her family.

Phoenix gaped at her, the new information rattling around his head like a ping-pong ball. Except this ping-pong ball wanted to kill one of his best friends.
“I… hadn’t heard of that before now,” he answered, speaking slowly so his brain could keep up with his words.
“I’m sure there’s a good explanation!” Athena answered, a bit too quickly. “Maybe, uh… Maybe Mr. Edgeworth’s phone died!”
They both stared at each other for a few moments, a fake smile plastered onto his employee’s face.
Athena’s smile grew sheepish, but she didn’t correct herself, likely because she had come to the same realization he had: if Edgeworth hadn’t reached out to him by now, it was a conscious decision not to do so.
And that wasn’t the kind of thing people usually wanted to point out to their already upset boss.
“Could you keep an eye on things around here a bit longer for me?” he asked, with a small upturn to his lip. “I need to have a talk with a certain Chief Prosecutor.”Bookmarked by konelkent
