Hello and welcome on my profile!
My pen name is manbearpigPL. I'm a beginner fanfic writer from Poland.
I'm an average polish guy in mid-twenties, just graduated from university. Thanks to that, I try not to be a stereotypical Pole. I'm a honest, openminded person, curious about the world and trying to understand it.
Sometime ago, I've restored my passion to Scooby Doo cartoons, which were my childhood's favorites. After that, a lot of fanfic ideas began comming to my mind and I've eventually decided to write them and share them with you.
Despite my pen name, which is undeniably taken from South Park, my stories will focus on Scooby-Doo franchise. But, maybe someday I'll write South Park or Fallout stories. I'll let you know here.
My favorite Scooby Doo characters were always Velma and Shaggy, especially Velma. I think that's because my character is a mix of theirs. In short, I'm a brainy foodie ;) I always prefered Velma to Daphne. She's just a much more interesting character, combining her extraordinary smarts with her special, cute type of beauty and her no-nonsense attitude which made her always stubbornly striving for the truth. And Shag, well... He's a treasure trove of humor (along with Scooby of course) that's enough to love him.
MY PLANS:
- Some smooth and delightful one-shots (two-shot comming soon!)
- A traveling story set in Europe (with several episodes in different european countries)
- Some fics set in the US, based on urban legends
- Some big SDMI stuff
Keep in mind, that english is not my first language and despite my best effords, I probably won't detect all of my punctuation, spelling or grammar errors. So, in that case, please, let me know about everything you've found.
