hello!!! i don't think anyone reads these, so i can put whatever i want here, probably. i'm mars. i like writing fanfiction. can you tell?
i've had a lot of different goals with my writing—creating things people recommend, finding ways to evoke emotions in readers—but i think, really, i just want to keep writing. it's a bit selfish, but writing is one of the few ways i've found to connect to fandoms as well as the world in general. it's something i can do, and that's why i do it.
i hope i can write something good enough for people to go "wow! i wonder if this author has anything of interest in their profile. maybe i will click there!". that is all. have a nice day.
ALSO: i do have a tendency to go back after i publish fics and make minor grammatical edits. idk if this sends out notifications and if it does i offer my sincerest apologies. it's much easier to spot errors when i lay in bed on my side scrolling through these things on my phone.
