I'm not really a writer, I write something tiny once in a blue moon at best. Even as a reader I'm more of a lurker... I have quite some trouble focusing on text, so usually I don't read much and certainly not anything long. With the discovery of X-Files casefics, that's kind of changed a bit though, as I've found myself reading through many novel-length ones with great joy. It's great!
