Summary
Amethio and Corviknight get caught in a storm while looking for Rayquaza. Friede refuses to let the teenager become an air traffic casualty, Amethio has to address the issues that come with being a picky eater, and Murdock tries his very best to get this emotionally repressed teenager to tell him what he wants for lunch.
The storm is worse off near the water’s surface and he doesn’t feel comfortable having his crew come up to surface for him to land. It is much safer for them to stay in the calm waters below. Amethio is choosing to stay out of the worst of the storm by flying higher than usual. It wasn’t too bad up here, but he and Corviknight had been flying for the better part of an hour since they met the storm.
Strong gusts of wind were having more of an effect on their stability and he felt Corviknight was growing tired. Corviknight are hardy pokemon capable of carrying a lot of weight over long distances, but fighting against a storm was probably like treading water for an hour. He… wasn’t exactly doing good at the moment.

Summary

Problem is, the Explorers emergency bases aren’t exactly top notch. They mostly exist for brief respites during missions.
Case in point: the heating here is abysmal. The windows haven’t had upkeep in a while and he can feel particularly strong gusts of winds shake through the cabin. Even with two blankets layered on top of him, it’s impossible for him to keep still. He keeps tossing and turning, trying to find a position that will magically make him warmer.
His nose is cold again, so his sticks his head under the blankets and contemplates his life choices.

Summary
Set during an unspecified time vaguely after episode 23, Amethio and Friede are in a cave, yet again, and neither of them are happy about it.
“Pyscho Cut!” he calls to his Ceruledge, hoping a few super-effective hits will drive the hoard away. Charizard seems to get the memo that it’s trainer isn’t going to command it in this state, and fires off a hefty flamethrower. The combined forces of the moves send the hoard back to wence they came, leaving only a few stragglers deciding if they want to contend with the fire types in front of them.
