I do not approve the use of A.I. in any connection to my writing whether it be fanart, binding, inspired works, etc. This includes but is not limited to in depth editing of art generated from platforms like Midjourney. Do not feed my work(s) into A.I. platform(s) and then placed behind paywalls such as but not limited to Patreon.

I do not permit any of my works to be bound for commission.

Binding & typesets of my work(s) is permitted for but not limited to: personal use, gifting, and trades.

Bindings and/or typesets of my work(s) to be part of sales for profit, auctions, giveaways, or behind a paywall/Patreon is not permitted. Do not sell ,and/or offer typesets/bound books on any site with monetary compensation, including but not limited to Tiktok Shop,Etsy and/or Patreon.

I approve requests for adding my works to collections on Ao3 as they come in.

I do not give permission for any of my works to be translated at this time.

I do not permit any merch or products (i.e. canvas bags, shirts, mugs, pins, candles, etc.) to be created referencing my work(s) or spicyxpisces in search terms, descriptions, or tags made for sale.

My work(s) is permitted for podfics, writing inspired by my stories, art, playlists, etc. as long as no donations are being given via venmo, ko-fi, etc. to record my work or monetize on spotify or other platforms.

Sharing epubs/pdfs of my work(s) privately between friends is permitted.

Reuploading/Reposting of my work(s) is not permitted. This includes redistriubting, archiving, or reposting on free-reading websites such as WattPad, online libraries/websites, or behind any paywalls such as but not limited to Patreon.
