I blame (or credit) a writer friend for turning me on to Walking Dead fic and inspiring me to write some of my own. The only drawback seems to be how hard it is to free my head up to do my day job.
TWD is the only place I play (currently.) I started out writing in non-specific time frames, or in the periods between seasons. Then I addressed a couple of current season things, and both have bitten me in the ass (like I couldn't have seen that coming, but sometimes I'm dense.) I'm going back into my non-canon closet and never coming out.
These days I'm primarily posting my fic at Nine Lives, which is an archive solely for fics involving the Caryl pairing, but eventually I usually end up posting them here and at FFN as well.
